01Using AfroLink
You may use AfroLink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
02Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
03Marketplace
AfroLink provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, pricing, inventory, shipping, and customer service.
04Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. AfroLink does not store complete payment card information.
05Community
You are responsible for the content you post within the AfroLink community. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
06Events
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, ticketing, communications, and compliance with applicable laws.
07Recipes and Content
Recipes, reviews, comments, photos, and other content you submit remain yours. By submitting content, you grant AfroLink a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.
08Prohibited Activities
Do not use AfroLink to commit fraud, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, interfere with the platform, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activities.
09Intellectual Property
The AfroLink name, logo, branding, website design, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
10Suspension or Termination
AfroLink may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, compromise platform security, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
11Limitation of Liability
AfroLink provides the platform on an 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfroLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
